Yang Xian Ling is 20 li away from Ganzhou, with an altitude of 416 meters, Yang Xian Ling has an area of 4.5 sq. km, this great mountain has a beautiful natural scenery and rich cultural deposits. Besides elegant rivers, magnificent mountains, gardening sceneries, the mountain still has many Fengshui sites and folk legends about Fengshui master Yang Jiu Ping.

Climbing up to the top of Yang Xian Ling, you will have a glance of total terrain of Ganzhou, in the south of Yang Xian Ling is Kong Dong mountain, the origin of dragon vein of Ganzhou, in the north of Yang Xian ling is the county seat of Gan county, in the west of it is city of Ganzhou which is surrounded by water in three sides. The towering Yang Xian Ling is a best spot to observe the gathering of three dragon veins in ancient city of Ganzhou. Wuyi mountain comes from the east, Luoxiao mountain comes from the west, Wuling mountain comes from the south, Ganzhou is a great basin gathering three dragon veins. Within 10 li three wandering and running dragon veins meets three ponds: Wen pond, Chu pond and Ou pond, which formed a Fengshui structure of three dragon meeting three ponds. Situated at the foot of Kong dong mountain, Yang Xian Ling is Shao Zu mountain of Ganzhou dragon vein, it is also the best place to observe Ganzhou city. Yang Xian Ling has many connections with Fengshui’s origin, the naming of Yang Xian Ling was because of that originally this mountain was an evil mountain. After Yang Jun Song gave some directions, this mountain became a holy mountain with plenty of livestocks, rich weeds and rivers. The period that Yang Jun Song lived in is a prosperous epoch governed by Lu Guan Chou, Fengshui master Yang Jun Song also had to serve the governing class and surveyed sites for ramparts, city doors, temples, governments, made layout for the expansion of Ganzhou ancient city.
Long ago, in order to commemorate this immortal who helped the poor, people donated money voluntarily to build Yang Xian Tan, Tian Wang palace and Guan Yin pavilion. These three temples were destroyed again and again because steel elements on Yang Xian Ling were too much which triggered many lightning strikes. In Tong Zhi period of Qing dynasty, on the Ji Gong stone of Yang Xian Ling there was a Yang Xian Tan, now the three statues( of Yang Jun Song and his two prentices Zeng Wen Chan and Liu Jiang Dong) in Yang Gong Ci are protagonists in the exhibition of Ganzhou Yang Xian Ling and Li Dingxin’s Fengshui connection. Mr. Li is a Fengshui culture investigator, he reset these three statues to their original sites when people exploited Yang Xian Ling in 1996. Because of Yang Jun Song Ganzhou Yang Xian Ling was filled a layer of Fengshui culture. Among the folk people believe in this immortal who helped the poor with rich doctrines and Tao.
